In our e-Walks List page our collection of walks is shown in table form. Search through the sortable table to find the walk that is suitable for you. Our collection of walks is initially sorted by Walk Number. The table can be sorted alphabetically by clicking in the 'Start Location & View Map' header row. The table can be sorted by distance by clicking in the 'Miles' or 'kms' header row. You can view the map and track of your walk by clicking at the Start Location name of your walk within the table. The table is organised to show 20 walks at the time. By clicking on the double arrows >> at the bottom of the table you can see the next (<< or the previous) 20 walks. First you display the map and track by clicking on the name of the Start Location within the table. Usually it is as simple as clicking/tap on the 'GPX Track' link in the table. You may find in some web browsers that the prompt to save the file is not shown with a .gpx extension and is saved as a .XML file. To fix this make sure you type .gpx after the file name and then click 'Save'. This ensures the file has a .gpx extension. Connect your GPS device to your computer. If you are familiar with the folder and files structure in your computer you can use the Windows file Explorer to copy and paste the .gpx track in the appropriate folder of your GPS device. Alternatively you may run a GPS transfer programme such as easyGPS or Garmin BaseCamp (see the Links page for details).e-Walks List
